Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: August 2026

1. Scope

This Policy governs use of redcarpetlabs.io, the Red Carpet Labs client suite, concierge channels, proposal microsites, and any deliverable or material we provide. It applies to every account holder and to anyone acting on their behalf. It supplements our Terms.

2. Account conduct

  • Accounts are issued by invitation and are personal to the named client contact.
  • Do not share credentials, invitation links, proposal passwords, or access tokens.
  • Keep your sign-in methods secure and tell us promptly of any suspected compromise.
  • Do not misrepresent your identity, brand, or authority to enter an engagement.

3. Prohibited activity

  • Unlawful activity, or promotion of unlawful goods, services, or conduct.
  • Harassment, hate speech, threats, or abusive conduct toward our team or other clients.
  • Fraud, deceptive marketing, undisclosed paid endorsement, or manipulated metrics.
  • Infringing content, or content you do not hold the rights or clearances to use.
  • Malware, phishing, credential harvesting, or interference with the suite's operation.
  • Probing, scanning, scraping, or attempting to bypass access controls or rate limits.
  • Reverse engineering, resale, or sublicensing of the suite or its underlying systems.
  • Uploading personal data you are not permitted to share with us.

4. Campaign and distribution standards

Amplification, placement, and distribution work is delivered within platform rules and applicable advertising law. We will not execute engagement fraud, bot traffic, fake accounts, or any tactic that violates a platform's terms — no matter how it is requested.

5. Deliverables and materials

Deliverables are licensed for the engagement's agreed use. Do not redistribute, resell, or present our proprietary frameworks, proposals, or decks as your own, and do not remove attribution or ownership notices where required by contract.

6. Communications

Concierge messaging is for engagement matters. Do not use it to send spam, bulk solicitation, or content that violates this Policy. Client-facing email from us can be unsubscribed from at any time except where a message is required to service an active engagement.

7. Payments

Do not initiate fraudulent, unauthorized, or chargeback-abusive transactions. Payments are processed by our payment provider under their own terms; suspected payment fraud may result in immediate suspension.

8. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and, at our discretion, warn, restrict features, suspend access, terminate the engagement, or report conduct to the appropriate authority. Where practical we will notify you first; where risk is urgent we may act immediately.

9. Reporting

Report abuse or security concerns to security@redcarpetlabs.io. For anything else, reach the concierge at concierge@redcarpetlabs.io.

10. Changes

We may update this Policy. Material changes will be communicated through the Site or the client suite, and continued use constitutes acceptance.
