Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By requesting access to, or engaging with, Red Carpet Labs ("Red Carpet Labs", "we", "us") via redcarpetlabs.io (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or our services.
2. Invitation & Selectivity
Access to our services is by invitation only. Submitting a request creates no obligation on either party. We reserve the sole right to accept, decline, or discontinue any prospective or existing engagement without cause.
3. Engagements & Scope
All engagements are defined by a written agreement executed between the client and Red Carpet Labs. Package descriptions on the Site are illustrative and not binding until countersigned in a contract.
4. Fees & Payment
Investment is disclosed privately after mutual fit. Contracts issued through the client suite may be paid via the payment methods offered at time of issue. Fees are non-refundable except where expressly stated in the engagement agreement.
5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential information non-public. We do not publish case studies, client names, or engagement details without written permission.
6. Intellectual Property
Deliverables transfer to the client upon full payment. Red Carpet Labs retains rights to its underlying methods, frameworks, and pre-existing materials.
7. Client Suite Access
Access credentials to the client suite are personal and non-transferable. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Red Carpet Labs' aggregate liability arising from any engagement shall not exceed the fees paid by the client in the three months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement in accordance with the executed agreement. We may suspend access to the Site or client suite for breach of these Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction stated in the executed engagement agreement, or otherwise the laws applicable to Red Carpet Labs' place of operation.
